Lee Architectural Consultancy was the architectural firm responsible for the architectural, civil, mechanical and electrical engineering, site and building drawings, as well as the special interior designs and furniture selection for the board room and customer briefing center. Lee, Mien Chong was instrumental in assuring his teams drawings were completed on time and were of the quality and thoroughness this project demanded.

The project was a challenging one, understanding that Dell had to be shipping computers within 4 months of the project start. The fast track nature of the project required numerous design changes and variation orders which Lee’s team executed and tracked flawlessly.
I am proud to say the team was able to meet every project milestone presented to them and we were able to begin shipping our first computer systems within 4 months of the project start. The entire project was completed in 8 months, which included the design development and construction documents phases. This was truly a fast track project executed exceptionally well by Lee Architectural Consultancy and the contractor.
